Chris Paul is the person who handles all of your Warranty and Technical questions. He is our technical support and warranty support specialist. He holds an Associate’s Degree in Computer Electronics from ITT Technical Institute and is currently working towards his Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Security at Baker College of Clinton Township. Currently he works part time at Sears in the Macomb Mall so he has plenty of customer service experience. He will answer all of your questions in a swift and professional manner. Never hesitate to contact him with any question whether it regards your warranty or if you are having a problem with your system. He will do his best to answer your question and if service is needed, he will dispatch our technician to your location as soon as possible.
